WHY ARE WE RUNNING?
This challenge is more than just a simple running challenge. This challenge is a test of discipline. Do we have what it takes? Are we able to commit ourselves to something so so small as one mile a day for thirty days?
Push yourself.
Push others.
Run with a purpose.
HOW IT WORKS
A mile a day.
In order to fully participate in the challenge, you must run one mile everyday from November 15 until December 15.
When challenges within the challenge are accomplished, a picture must be sent in via email or social media direct message in order for us to verify it was done.
UPDATE DAILY
Every day during the challenge - check off the update form (which you can find on our "the challenge update" page) to show that you did the challenge that day.
If possible, post your progress on Instagram so we can give you a shoutout and others can keep track and be encouraged to continue the challenge.
Failure to complete one day of the thirty is automatic disqualification.
HOW TO WIN
While completion of all 30 days is a win in itself, there are challenges within the challenge that one can accomplish in order to win a reward at the end of the challenge.
Remember, when accomplishing such challenges, it is obligatory to send in picture proof in order for us to verify completion.
